Our members have served the community for years
The Brigadier General Richard Winn Chapter was organized on April 17, 2010, at the Library in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Ms. Martha Sloan was the organizing regent. Maury County Mayor, James L. Bailey, Jr., issued a proclamation declaring April 17, 2010 as Brigadier General Richard Winn Day in Maury County. Vicki James is the current chapter regent.
